Air France is raising the bar on its premium ground experience by introducing new seasonal dishes created by French chef Yves Camdeborde in its long-haul lounges at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG).
Available in the airline’s lounges located in Terminal 2E, halls K, L (review here), and M (review here), the refreshed lunch and dinner menus showcase Camdeborde’s signature bistronomy style (combining generous, authentic French cuisine with seasonal ingredients).

Developed in partnership with Sodexo Live!, the new menu features a rotating selection of dishes that will change throughout the year. Current offerings include free-range chicken with preserved lemon served alongside ratatouille, a celeriac cake paired with cod, hake and smoked trout, and creamy spinach, mozzarella, and walnut lasagne topped with roasted parsnips and button mushrooms.

To round out the meal, guests can enjoy a Chocolate and Hazelnut slice created by renowned French pâtisserie Lenôtre. The dessert features rich chocolate mousse layered over a cocoa sponge with crisp puff pastry for added texture.
The updated menu is part of Air France’s continued investment in showcasing French gastronomy throughout the travel experience while maintaining a focus on more sustainable dining practices.
Anthony’s Take: Designed to resemble elegant Parisian cafés and brasseries, Air France’s flagship lounges at Paris-Charles de Gaulle (CDG) continue to offer premium travelers a distinctly French culinary experience before they even board their flight. These new additions look tasty.
