Air France has opened its first dedicated lounge at London Heathrow Airport (LHR) today. It offers eligible travelers a stylish new space to relax before flights or during connections.
Located in Terminal 4, the 8,073-square-foot lounge features nearly 150 seats, floor-to-ceiling runway views, and interiors inspired by French design. The lounge is open daily from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM for La Première, Business, and Flying Blue Elite Plus customers, as well as eligible passengers traveling with KLM and other SkyTeam airlines.
Guests can enjoy a French-inspired dining experience with seasonal menus featuring dishes such as beef bourguignon, alongside a full-service bar offering Champagne, French wines, and spirits. Air France says it is emphasizing locally sourced ingredients and sustainability through reduced food waste and the use of water refill stations.
The lounge also includes a Clarins spa, where complimentary treatments (including “Anti Jet-Lag” and “L’Instant Detox”) will be available by appointment beginning July 13th. Premium amenities include dedicated areas for La Première and Flying Blue Ultimate members, quiet workspaces, relaxation zones, free Wi-Fi, and plenty of charging points.
Anthony’s Take: The new lounge supports Air France’s growing presence at London Heathrow Airport (LHR) where the airline operates up to six daily flights to/from Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) as well as onward connections across its global network. I enjoy Air France’s lounges and this one looks nice.
