Bilt has streamlined the way members book BLADE helicopter transfers by bringing the entire reservation process into its travel platform while allowing them to pay for flights in new ways.
Previously, travelers could search for BLADE flights through Bilt, but completing a reservation required switching to BLADE’s website. Now, everything (from finding a flight to selecting a seat and paying) can be done without leaving the Bilt Travel Portal.
The update also introduces new ways to pay. Members can now redeem Bilt Points toward all or part of a BLADE flight directly during checkout. In addition, eligible members can use Bilt Cash to offset the cost of up to two seats each calendar year (with a maximum value of $350 per seat, or $700 annually).
Bilt members continue to earn 2x points per $1 spent on BLADE bookings made through the portal, while elite members receive additional perks. Depending on status, benefits include discounted flights, access to BLADE lounges, and, for Platinum members, complimentary helicopter transfers on select routes.
Anthony’s Take: The enhancement is part of Bilt’s broader effort to make its travel platform more seamless by allowing members to search, book, earn, and redeem rewards in one place, while expanding the ways they can use their points for premium travel experiences. I’ve flown BLADE before and it’s a great experience.
