Frontier Airlines is continuing to expand its network with the launch of four new routes across the United States and the Caribbean later this year.
The latest additions strengthen the ultra-low-cost carrier’s presence in several key markets. To celebrate the new routes, Frontier is offering introductory fares starting as low as $69. The first three routes will launch on November 20th with new nonstop service to Puerto Rico beginning in December. New routes include:
- Denver International Airport (DEN) to/from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) (daily; starts on November 20th)
- Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW) to/from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) (daily; starts on November 20th)
Kansas City International Airport (MCI) to/from Orlando International Airport (MCO) (4x weekly; starts on November 20th) - Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) to/from San Juan’s Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) (daily; starts on December 17th)
The expansion reinforces Frontier’s strategy of growing service in both major domestic markets and popular leisure destinations while continuing to offer low fares.

Josh Flyr, Vice President of Network and Operations Design at Frontier Airlines, said:
We are committed to ensuring consumers have affordable travel options, and are pleased to announce these new routes which will connect many popular destinations, including Houston, Denver, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, San Juan, and more.”
Anthony’s Take: With these latest routes, Frontier continues to invest in point-to-point service and connects travelers to popular vacation and business destinations across its growing network.
