Air Canada is giving its international cabins a comfort upgrade with the introduction of new bedding, larger blankets, and redesigned amenity kits across all classes of service.

The new collections will begin rolling out next month on long-haul international flights and is designed to help passengers arrive more rested, whether traveling for business, visiting family, or heading on vacation.

AC Signature Pillow

The biggest upgrades are in Air Canada Signature Class (Business Class), where travelers will receive a new, softer duvet, an enhanced pillow with improved airflow for added support, and a redesigned amenity kit featuring premium skincare products from Canadian brand Sahajan. The kit includes Lip Karma lip balm and The Hand Remedy hand cream, both manufactured in Ontario by Hunter Amenities, which partnered with Air Canada to create the new collection.

Premium Economy and Economy Class passengers will also notice improvements. The airline is introducing new six-foot polar fleece blankets, providing full-body coverage for travelers of all heights.

AC Premium Economy

Premium Economy customers will additionally receive refreshed amenity kits containing a contoured eye mask, 3M earplugs, knitted socks, and an antimicrobial bamboo toothbrush with Colgate toothpaste.

Signature Class amenity kits have also been redesigned with a reusable cotton drawstring bag made in Canada. In addition to the Sahajan skincare products, the kits include a premium adjustable eye mask, 3M earplugs, cotton cabin socks, dental floss, and a bamboo toothbrush.

The updated bedding and amenity kits represent Air Canada’s latest investment in its premium onboard experience and continue the airline’s emphasis on showcasing Canadian brands and products throughout the travel journey. By partnering with Canadian companies including Hunter Amenities and Sahajan, Air Canada says the new collection combines enhanced comfort with thoughtful design while adding a distinctly Canadian touch to long-haul travel.

Anthony’s Take: It’s good to see Air Canada investing in its soft product. The new items look like welcome additions for passengers traveling the globe with the Canadian carrier.
