LOT Polish Airlines is enhancing its long-haul Business Class experience with a range of new amenities, upgraded onboard comforts, and expanded collaborations with Polish brands beginning this month.

LOT Amenity Kit

One of the biggest updates is a redesigned amenity kit (available in navy blue or copper).

LOT Amenities

These feature skincare products from Polish beauty brand Phenomé, a new three-step skincare set developed with HDRÈY (including micellar water, a hydrogel face mask, and a serum designed to help combat the effects of long-haul travel). The carrier will also introduce a deodorant from another Polish brand, Maroko Produkt, as part of the onboard offering.

LOT Headphones

LOT is also upgrading its onboard entertainment experience with new over-ear headphones featuring improved comfort and active noise cancellation.

LOT Dishware

On the dining side, the airline continues to expand its use of handcrafted ceramic tableware from Manufaktura in Bolesławiec. Initially introduced on flights to Tokyo, the distinctive pottery is now also being used on services to Seoul to showcase Polish craftsmanship alongside menus inspired by Asian cuisine.

Izabela Leszczyńska, Director, Product Development and Customer Experience Office at LOT Polish Airlines, said:

Crafting the LOT Business Class experience resembles working on a well-designed space – what matters is not just one eye-catching detail, but the well-matched character of all aspects of the journey. All new products, from pottery to cosmetics and headphones, have been introduced with the goal of creating a consistent and refined whole. Collaboration with Polish brands is a natural part of this approach. Thanks to them, we are setting a standard that is showcased on board our aircraft and promoted globally. Ultimately, the passengers are the ones who will judge the final outcome of the changes. We do hope they will discover what was our guiding principle – attention to quality, functionality, and the tiniest of details.”

Anthony’s Take: The enhancements are part of LOT’s broader effort to elevate its premium cabin while highlighting Polish design, hospitality, and locally made products throughout the travel experience.
