Earlier today, I wrote about JetBlue opening its second BlueHouse™ lounge on August 27th. Along with the opening, JetBlue is also expanding who has access to its lounges at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) and New York John F Kennedy International Airport (JFK).
All passengers traveling in Mint (Business Class) will receive complimentary entry (regardless of whether they are flying domestically or internationally). The expanded policy takes effect this Thursday. Previously, complimentary lounge access was limited to Mint customers on select international itineraries (along with other eligible members).
The airline confirmed the new benefit applies only to Mint travelers and will not extend to passengers flying in its upcoming BlueFirst domestic First Class cabin. In addition to Mint customers, complimentary access remains available to Mosaic 4 elite members and JetBlue Premier Card cardholders (each of whom may bring one guest free of charge). Additional guests can enter for $39. JetBlue is also offering paid access for other loyalty members with Mosaic 3 members able to purchase entry for $59. Mosaic 1, Mosaic 2, and JetBlue Plus and Business Card holders can purchase one-time access for $79 (subject to lounge capacity).

Anthony’s Take: JetBlue has created lounges that are as quirky as the airline. The spaces look beautiful and it’s great that it has updated access policies so that all Mint flyers have access.
