Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days are live today. There are savings on all kinds of products, gifts, and services. Amazon and Avis have partnered for a deal that offers both savings and a bonus gift card.

Amazon Prime Members can save up to 35% off base rates with Pay Now and 20% back in Amazon.com Gift Cards. This is valid only for rentals booked on October 10th and 11th.

  • The savings of up to 35% applies to Avis Pay Now rates and is applicable only to the time and mileage charges of prepay reservations when you use your Amazon Benefits on Avis.com. If you cancel up to 24 hours in advance of scheduled pick up, you will receive a refund of the prepaid amount less a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 24 hours prior to scheduled pick up, you will receive a refund of the prepaid amount less a $150 cancellation fee. If you fail to show or pick up the car you will receive no refund of prepaid amounts. The savings of up to 10% applies to Avis Pay Later rates and is applicable only to the time and mileage charges of the rental. Offer does not apply to car group X. Anthony’s Take: I have been using Avis a lot this year and love getting gift cards credited to my account. Usually, it’s 10% back for prepaid reservations and 5% back for paying after. With this deal, you’ll receive 20% back as an Amazon Gift Card for prepaying.
