Iberia is elevating its onboard dining experience with new long-haul menus departing from Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport (MAD). These updates bring back some of its most popular customer favorites across all cabins.
In Business Class, travelers can enjoy returning favorites including salmon tartare with avocado and horseradish cream followed by grilled beef tenderloin served with potato gratin and seasonal vegetables. Dessert features a chocolate tartlet with hazelnut praline.

Premium Economy passengers will once again be served one of the cabin’s highest-rated dishes: braised beef cheeks with glazed carrots, broccolini, and white bean purée.
Meanwhile, Economy Class is getting greater variety with rotating seasonal meals including a beef burger with Café de Paris butter or meatballs in romesco sauce, alongside chicken-based options throughout the year.

The airline is also celebrating summer in its Dalí and Velázquez premium lounges at Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport (MAD) with complimentary Magnum ice cream through September 15th. On weekends through September 13th, the Velázquez Lounge will also feature a traditional ice cream cart to give travelers a sweet treat before their flight.
Anthony’s Take: The updated menus are part of Iberia’s continued investment in enhancing the onboard experience through high-quality cuisine inspired by passenger favorites. I’ve only flown Iberia within Europe and really need to try its long-haul Business Class one of these days.
