Lemongrass offers a mix of authentic Thai dishes alongside modern interpretations. The restaurant is located in the Aria Resort & Casino near the entrance to the Sky Suites. It had been a few years since I had dined here and I was excited to be back.

Anthony’s Take: This restaurant has a sleek and sexy interior that is meant to evoke a Thai silk factory. I made a reservation on OpenTable and my colleague and I were seated as soon as we checked in. Service was friendly and quick. Drinks seemed to take longer than food to reach us, but everything we tasted was delicious. My Red Curry with Duck was sublime. I could not stop eating it and loved the heat. Overall, Lemongrass serves delicious, elevated Thai food in a setting that feels foreign yet inviting.

Lemongrass Interior

Decor & Vibe

The Thai silk factory decor is fun and different. Like most restaurants in Las Vegas, Lemongrass goes for dark woods and luxurious finishes.

Lanterns Lemongrass

The oversized lanterns serve as focal points and draw the eye up towards them.

Lemongrass Menu

Food

The menu has familiar favorites like Pad Thai and Satays, but also some modern twists like Green Curry Maine Lobster. For our meal, we chose popular dishes and were satisfied with all of them.

Potstickers Lemongrass

Pot Stickers stuffed with pork were a great start. They were light and well seasoned. The sauce wasn’t even necessary.

Shrimp Rolls Lemongrass

The Shrimp Rolls were as delicious as they were beautiful.

Beef Satay Lemongrass

The Beef Satay came skewered into a large chunk of pineapple. The peanut dipping sauce was excellent, but again not needed as the meat was nicely seasoned.

Red Curry Duck

For an entree, I chose the Red Curry with duck. This dish was so good. I would have licked the bowl if I could. I ordered it at a spice level of seven. The server cautioned me that it would be hot. It was perfect.

Shrimp Pad Thai Lemongrass

My colleague ordered the Pad Thai with shrimp and he gleefully finished his meal.

Sparkling Rose Lemongrass

Drinks

I had a few glasses of a sparkling rose with dinner. I find that sparkling wines pair well with Asian cuisine as they cut the greasiness of some dishes and also compliment the curry.

Overall Impression:

Lemongrass is a great choice when you’ve tired of the countless Italian restaurants and steakhouses in Las Vegas. This is far from your neighborhood takeaway with rich flavors, masterful preparation, and lovely plating. I enjoyed every bit of my meal and will certainly be back.
