JetBlue is upgrading its Mint® Business Class dining experience through a new partnership with Kent Hospitality Group and Four Clovers Hospitality Group to bring some of New York City’s most acclaimed restaurants onboard.
Beginning July 31st, JetBlue will introduce new menus across its domestic and transatlantic Mint® routes featuring dishes inspired by Kent Hospitality Group’s popular restaurants, Crown Shy and Birdee. The airline said the refreshed menus are designed to bring restaurant-quality dining and a distinctly modern New York flavor to the skies.
Mint® customers can expect elevated breakfast options inspired by Birdee’s popular Bacon, Egg and Cheese, along with lunch and dinner selections based on Crown Shy favorites including its Signature Citrus-Marinated Chicken and Pork Katsu.
The culinary enhancements won’t stop there. In early 2027, Four Clovers Hospitality Group’s iconic Red Hook Tavern and Hometown Bar-B-Que will join the Mint® dining lineup as part of future menu rotations.
The move is the latest investment in JetBlue’s award-winning Mint® product, which has helped redefine premium travel since its launch in 2014. The airline recently earned the 2026 J.D. Power Award for ranking number one in customer satisfaction among First and Business Class passengers.
Stephanie Evans Greene, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Brand at JetBlue, said:
Mint® has always been about redefining what customers can expect from premium travel, so we are very thoughtful about the partners we work with. We look for brands that create experiences people genuinely want to be a part of, where the hospitality, the energy and the attention to detail are just that special. Partnering with Kent and Four Clovers allows us to bring that same excitement and exploratory spirit onboard Mint® in a way only JetBlue can.”
Anthony’s Take: By partnering with some of New York’s most sought-after restaurants, JetBlue is aiming to further differentiate Mint® with a dining experience that reflects the creativity and energy of the city it calls home.
