Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines are refreshing their onboard beverage offerings this summer with a new lineup featuring premium wines, exclusive cold brew coffee, and purpose-driven partnerships designed to enhance the passenger experience across both brands.

Leading the updates is a new international Business Class wine program that will be offered on long-haul flights operated by both airlines. The curated selection includes Louis Roederer Collection Champagne, Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars Armillary Cabernet Sauvignon, and Paul Hobbs Russian River Chardonnay, all chosen to complement the airlines’ premium dining experience.
Alaska Airlines is also expanding its partnership with Stumptown Coffee by introducing Stumptown Copilot Cold Brew onboard for the first time. The small-batch cold brew, made with ethically sourced coffee beans, will be available on select domestic flights and routes to Keflavík International Airport (KEF). First Class and Premium Class passengers will receive the beverage complimentary, while Main Cabin travelers can purchase it.
Hawaiian Airlines is launching its new Tide & Vine wine program in the Main Cabin. The collection includes a red blend, white blend, and brut sparkling wine inspired by Hawaii and its surrounding waters. The program also supports ocean conservation efforts through a partnership with Mālama Maunalua, a nonprofit dedicated to restoring Maunalua Bay on Oahu. A portion of Tide & Vine proceeds will help fund the organization’s ongoing environmental restoration projects, including invasive algae removal and coral conservation initiatives.
Mark Krolick, Managing Director of Products and Guest Experience at Alaska Airlines, said:
As summer travel ramps up, we’re excited to introduce a beverage program that truly reflects what today’s guests are looking for when it comes to quality, craftsmanship and sense of discovery. Designed to enhance the onboard dining experience in every cabin across both Alaska and Hawaiian, these offerings reflect our commitment to delivering exceptional quality while highlighting brands connected to the West Coast, Hawaii and beyond.”
Anthony’s Take: The beverage refresh is part of a broader effort by Alaska and Hawaiian to elevate the inflight experience as the two airlines continue integrating their products and services. From premium champagne in international Business Class to exclusive cold brew coffee and wines supporting local causes, the carriers are aiming to offer travelers a more thoughtful and distinctive journey this summer.
