I had a redeye connection through Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) and found myself in the airport around 4:00 AM. None of the Delta Sky Clubs® are open at that time, but I made my way over to the lounge in Terminal T (by Gate T6) to find an oasis of calm and an excellent breakfast when it opened at 4:30 AM.
Delta offers a veritable feast in this Sky Club® for breakfast. The buffet includes oatmeal, grits, eggs, frittata, pork sausage, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, muffins, bread, bagels, cereal, and more. I’ve reviewed this lounge before (full review here), but felt that breakfast here (especially so early when the Sky Club® was almost deserted) deserved a special shout out. The quality and quantity are unmatched at other US lounges. Even though it was extremely early, every staff member was also friendly and welcoming.
Cheddar Frittata and Frittata
Potatoes and Pork Sausage
Yogurt and Fruit
More fruit and Hard Boiled Eggs
Cranberry Orange and Blueberry Muffins
Bread and Bagels
Various spreads (I had the Blueberry Cream Cheese and it was delicious)
Cereal and more fruit
Anthony’s Take: While I’d much rather be in my bed at 4:30 AM, the Delta Sky Club® in Atlanta by Gate T6 is a fabulous place to have breakfast. The food is great and the staff make it even better.

That does look very good, especially for the hour.
