- Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) (announced in April, more here)
- Denver International Airport (DEN)
- Hartford Bradley International Airport (BDL)
- Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
- Miami International Airport (MIA)
- Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport (MSP)
- Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR)
- John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK)
- Orlando International Airport (MCO)
- Philadelphia International Airport (PHL)

The flights from Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (MSP) will commence on April 29th using an Airbus A330 with a planned change to an Airbus A321XLR in winter 2024 (the service will also increase from 4x weekly to daily). Flights to Denver International Airport (DEN) will operate 4x weekly, also using an Airbus A330.
Aer Lingus’ Chief Executive, Lynne Embleton said:
With Dublin’s geographic position as the gateway to Europe, pre-clearance facilities at the airport and the strong, long established Irish American ties, Aer Lingus is ideally placed to connect people and places across the Atlantic. Denver and Minneapolis-St Paul are significant business destinations within the US and the new Aer Lingus routes facilitate corporate links and connectivity between Europe and North America, through our Dublin Hub. Denver’s position as the ‘Gateway to the Rockies’ and its outdoor appeal, from world class skiing to hiking, opens up a whole new US experience to leisure travelers from Ireland and Europe. This summer has been our biggest yet, with 2.25 million seats to North America and the successful addition of Cleveland, Ohio to our network. We are confident in our growth strategy and look forward to welcoming customers onboard these two new routes next year.”
The US Preclearance (USCBP) facility at Dublin Airport (DUB) allows US-bound passengers to go through US immigration, customs, and agriculture inspections before they board their flights. When they arrive in the US, they just collect their bags and go since they have already handled immigration procedures.
Anthony’s Take: Aer Lingus has grown a great presence in the US and continues to add new destinations. Dublin is an easy connection point for many other destinations in Europe.
