United unveiled its fourth lounge at Denver International Airport (DEN) today. The airport’s newest and most spacious United Club℠ measures 33,000-square-foot and is spread across two floors near Gate B32 on the west side of the B Concourse. This new lounge is the largest United operates across its network and is a welcome addition to the airline’s fastest growing hub.

United Denver B 1Offering more than 600 seats, the new United Club℠ features modern Colorado-inspired architecture, locally-sourced decor, and a curated collection of Colorado art. The space is designed for relaxation, productivity, dining, and socializing before travel. The decor is inspired by “the tranquility of summer in the Rocky Mountains.” Natural textures, regional materials, and pops of color come together to create a space that is modern while evoking a sense of a mountain retreat. The lounge features art from eight Colorado-affiliated artists, including murals, sculptures, photography, and paintings that reflect the landscapes and wildlife of the state.

This opening is the latest in a series of major upgrades by United at Denver International Airport (DEN). Since 2021, the airline has invested nearly $1 billion in facilities and customer experience enhancements. United offers more than 550 daily departures to more than 180 destinations across 45 states and 11 countries. United expanded international service at the airport this year with the addition of nonstop flights to Leonardo da Vinci Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO). The latest route brought its total international destinations from Denver International Airport (DEN) to 22, which is the most of any airline serving the city. United is also the only US carrier with nonstop flights from Denver to Europe, Asia, and Hawaii.

The new lounge joins United’s growing portfolio at the airport, which now totals nearly 100,000 square feet of lounge space. The B Concourse hosts two large United Clubs℠ and the A Concourse also features a another. In 2022, United launched United Club Fly℠ (review here). This grab-and-go lounge concept is ideal for connecting travelers who need quick snacks, beverages, or coffee on the move. All combined, United now has seating capacity for nearly 1,600 guests in Denver with a Polaris® Lounge coming in the future.

Anthony’s Take: I’m excited to check out this new lounge. The space looks gorgeous and it’s great to see the local touches being added.
