Delta Air Lines will open its eighth Sky Club® at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) tomorrow, April 8th. The newest lounge measures more than 24,000 square feet with seating for 500+ guests and is found at the Concourse D-Center Point (near Gate D18).

This is Delta’s first lounge opening at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) since 2016. It will be the second largest that Delta operates at the airport, was inspired by “the city’s Southern hospitality and urban elegance,” and offers panoramic views of the planes outside. Amenities include a theater-style media wall, a buffet, a 16-seat bar, two beverage stations, and six sound-proof phone booths for video calls and a quiet workspace. Delta also plans to remodel its Sky Club® locations in Terminals A and C this year.

Claude Roussel, VP of Delta Sky Club® and Lounge Experience, said:

As the heart of our operation, Atlanta is more than just a hub—it’s our home. This new space is thoughtfully designed to ensure that guests traveling through Atlanta feel the Southern hospitality of the city we know and love. The opening of our newest Delta Sky Club in Atlanta – during what happens to be both Delta and ATL’s Centennial year – is a testament to our unwavering commitment to this city and the customers we serve here.”

Anthony’s Take: I am a big fan of the Delta Sky Clubs®. Even though I don’t like Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), I find myself there often enough and look forward to checking out this lounge.
