Chase Sapphire Reserve® cardholders can receive three months of complimentary Gold Elite status with Marriott Bonvoy® and the opportunity to extend that with just three qualifying nights. This is an easy undertaking if you don’t currently have status with Marriott.

Chase Marriott Promo

Gold Elite status is something that The Platinum Card® from American Express has offered for some time without any challenges. Chase has dabbled with offering Marriott status through similar promos in the past and this one is valid for registration from now until September 30th. Once registered, Chase Sapphire Reserve® cardholders will receive three free months of Gold Elite status. Then, you need to stay just three paid nights (free nights do not count) to receive an extension of the status through February 2026. Click here to register.

Marriott Gold Elite

Marriott Bonvoy® Gold Elite gets you the following benefits:

  • 25% more points on eligible hotel purchases
  • Enhanced room upgrades (not including suites)
  • 2:00 PM late checkout (subject to availability)

Gold Elite status does not offer the suite upgrades, lounge access, and free breakfast that comes with Platinum, Titanium, and Ambassador, but it does get you some benefits while staying with Marriott properties.

Anthony’s Take: Gold Elite gets you some basic benefits and extra points. It’s worth registering if you have this credit card and don’t have elite status with Marriott Bonvoy®.
