I’ve been to Rhodes before, but did not stay there (as I was on a cruise). I’d love to return to the Greek island and this resort looks pretty appealing. The Luxury Collection has officially opened Amoh, a Luxury Collection Resort, Rhodes. It marks the brand’s debut in Rhodes.

Set above the Mediterranean along Kavos Beach in Pefki, near the ancient town of Lindos, the resort blends contemporary luxury with deep cultural roots. The property is surrounded by a landscape shaped by history, including a nearby Hellenistic-Roman limestone quarry that influences both its design and identity.

Designed by London-based Studio Lost, the resort draws inspiration from traditional Greek stonework and the natural movement of the sea. A palette of mineral tones, sculptural stone elements, and locally sourced artworks creates a refined aesthetic that reflects Rhodes’ heritage.

The resort features 197 rooms and suites with many offering panoramic sea views or private pools. Each space is designed to evoke modern Greek island living while incorporating subtle references to mythology and maritime history. The standout Rhoda Presidential Suite offers expansive living space, a private terrace, and direct pool access for a more secluded experience.

Guests have direct access to two exclusive sandy beaches: Kavos Beach and Kymata Beach. Both are within walking distance and offer elevated views of the Aegean Sea.

Dining is a central part of the experience, with eight restaurants and bars highlighting both local and international cuisine. Offerings range from Mediterranean-inspired dishes to Italian classics, premium meats, and modern interpretations of Greek seafood. Casual venues and beachside bars provide lighter fare and cocktails throughout the day. The resort also emphasizes immersive cultural experiences, including olive tastings and sunset gatherings featuring traditional Greek flavors.

Wellness is anchored by Elispa, the resort’s spa, which incorporates natural Greek ingredients such as olive oil, herbs, and mineral salts. The spa offers treatment rooms, a sauna, steam bath, and a full-service salon, alongside a large fitness center, Pilates facilities, tennis courts, and indoor and outdoor pools.

Cash rates range from €445 to €604 while award redemptions range from 76,000 to 82,000 Marriott Bonvoy® points per night. This seems very reasonable for a Greek resort in the middle of summer.

Helen Leighton, Vice President, Luxury Brands, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Marriott International, said:

Amoh, a Luxury Collection Resort, Rhodes will offer Global Explorers an authentic escape amidst the unspoiled natural beauty of this secluded Peninsula. The property strengthens our incredible Luxury Collection portfolio across Greece, which stretches from Athens to Santorini, Mykonos, Crete, and Paros.”

Anthony’s Take: With its combination of design, location, and curated experiences, Amoh positions itself as a new luxury destination in Rhodes. It offers travelers a blend of relaxation, culture, and modern hospitality on one of Greece’s most storied islands. This is going on the list for next summer as this year I already have several summer trips booked.
