Marriott Bonvoy’s® last global promotion ended on April 30th. One Mile at a Time reported this morning that this new promo has launched and is highly targeted. Like the last one, I did not receive the offer to stay twice and earn a free night.

Marriott Promo 1

Marriott Bonvoy® consistently rolls out targeted promotions. These sometimes just show up in your account for registration. I frequently check the promotion central page to see if any new ones arrive. Lately, it’s been pretty quiet.

Here are the terms and conditions:

  • The promotion is valid for stays through August 31st
  • Stay twice at any of Marriott Bonvoy®’s 8,000+ properties and you’ll earn a free night award worth 35,000 points (after your second eligible stay)
  • The free night award will be valid for 12 months from issue date
  • Award nights don’t count (stays must be paid)

Anthony’s Take: Another promo that I wasn’t targeted for this year. I kind of hope Marriott’s algorithms notice that I haven’t been staying much since I moved most of my stays to Hyatt and send me something. Maybe the next one. Were you targeted for this promo?

Anthony’s Credit Card Pick: The Marriott Bonvoy Brilliant® American Express® Card is a must for frequent Marriott guests. Its annual fee is $650, but I have found that the dining credits, free night, and other benefits easily make this up. An excellent welcome bonus makes it even better. It will always have a place in my wallet. Learn more about the card. Rates & Fees.
