Frontier Airlines launched a status match with 15 airlines, 15 hotels, and 15 cruise lines today. If you hold status from any of the airlines, hotels, or cruise lines, you can apply for Frontier’s equivalent status and pay the application fee at frontierstatusmatch.com. All levels, including: Elite 20K, Elite 50K, Elite 100K are available for purchase if eligible.
Frontier Airlines’ status match promotion is open through December 31, 2023. Matched status will be valid through December 31, 2024. The cost per level is:
- Elite 20K: $99
- Elite 50K: $99
- Elite 100K: $149
Airline status holders can match up to Elite 100K. Hotel and cruise line status holders can match up to Elite 50K. You’re eligible for a status match even if you requested one in the past. There is an extra $50 charge if you’ve requested a match since November 2020. Anyone matching into Elite 20K or Elite 50K will be presented with an offer to buy up to a higher tier for an additional fee.

Eligible airline loyalty programs include: Aeromexico, Air Canada, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Avianca, Caribbean Airlines, Copa Airlines, Delta Air Lines, GOL, Hawaiian Airlines, JetBlue, LATAM, Southwest, Spirit Airlines, United Airlines, and WestJet.
Eligible hotel loyalty programs include: Accor, Best Western, Choice Hotels International, GHA, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Marriott, NH Hotels, Nordic Choice Hotels & Resorts, Radisson Hotel Group, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Sonesta, World Hotels, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts.
Eligible cruise line loyalty programs: Azamara, Carnival Celebrity Cruises, Cunard, Disney Cruise Line, Holland America Line, MSC Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Oceania Cruises, P&O, Princess Cruise Lines, Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Royal Caribbean, Scenic, Sten Line.
A second offer is available for US credit card holders. Eligible credit card holders can receive Elite 20K status without being required to fly or hold status with any another airline. This can also be bundled with the GoWild! All-You-Can-Fly Fall & Winter Pass. Once an eligible card has been verified on frontier.getstatus.com, Elite 20K status can be purchased for $499 or bundled with the GoWild! All-You-Can-Fly Fall & Winter Pass for $649. The GoWild Fall & Winter Pass is valid until February 29, 2024, and the Elite 20K status is valid until the end of 2024.
Anthony’s Take: If you can take advantage of the benefits of Frontier status coupled with an all-you-can-fly pass, there is a great opportunity here to rack up tons of trips with little cost out of pocket since elite status eliminates the need to pay for things like seats, bags, etc.
