When JetBlue offered status matches to Delta Air Lines elite members back in September (more here), I took advantage of the promo and was granted Mosaic 3 status. The status showed through the end of the year, but now that we’re in 2024 it’s dropped completely.

JetBlue Status

When I log into my JetBlue account, my Mosaic 3 status is not reflected. I got the JetBlue Plus Card last month in order to extend the status through December 2024, but as of today it is not reflected (even though the card shows).

JetBlue FlyerTalk

Several posters on FlyerTalk have contacted JetBlue and been told everything from January 4th to January 31st. One reports that JetBlue is manually verifying all 30,000 status matches it offered. I’m hoping that JetBlue fixes this soon as I want to book a flight and enjoy the status (and the Move to Mint certificates that come with it).

Anthony’s Take: A lot of flyers that got the status match have got to be disappointed this week. Hopefully, JetBlue will get this resolved soon.
