Frontier Airlines is launching a series of new promotions aimed at both loyal customers and travelers impacted by the shutdown of Spirit Airlines. These offer bonus miles and discounted membership options.

Frontier Promo

Frontier is introducing the “Fly One, Get One” promotion for members of its Frontier Miles program. Travelers can earn 5,000 bonus miles per round trip flown through August 31st (on up to four roundtrips). That means passengers can earn up to 20,000 bonus miles, which is enough for as many as four one-way domestic award flights (excluding taxes and fees). These bonus miles are earned in addition to the standard miles members receive based on spending and elite status. To qualify, members must opt in to the promotion here before booking and at least 24 hours prior to departure.

Frontier Discount Den

Frontier is also making it easier for travelers to access its lowest fares by waiving the enrollment fee for Discount Den®, its paid membership program. More here.

  • Enrollment fee waived (a $50 savings)
  • Annual membership costs $59.99
  • Offer valid through May 15, 2026

Discount Den® members receive access to exclusive fares, deals, and promotions, along with the ability to earn miles and elite status points on bookings.

To further incentivize sign-ups, Frontier is offering a $25 voucher for each new member referred to Discount Den®. Members can earn vouchers for up to ten referrals by sharing their Frontier Miles number as a referral code.

The promotions are part of Frontier’s broader effort to attract travelers affected by Spirit’s closure. This will help them rebuild miles and find affordable travel options as they adjust to changes in the low-cost airline landscape.

Anthony’s Take: Frontier Airlines is doubling down on value with bonus miles and discounted memberships, giving travelers more ways to save and earn rewards. With these new offers, the airline is positioning itself as a key alternative for budget-conscious flyers in a changing market.
