Hyatt just announced a new promotion designed to reward longer stays at select extended-stay brands throughout 2026. Members can earn up to 50,000 bonus points for qualifying stays at Hyatt House and Hyatt Studios worldwide.
This is a good one for folks with long stays. Travelers will earn 5,000 bonus points for every qualifying stay of five nights or more at participating Hyatt House or Hyatt Studios properties. Members can earn the bonus up to 10x for a maximum of 50,000 points over the course of the year (the promo ends on December 31st). Registration is required prior to a reservation for it to be eligible.
The promotion is particularly attractive for guests who rely on extended-stay brands for work assignments, relocations, family travel, or leisure trips that lend themselves to longer itineraries. Hyatt House and Hyatt Studios emphasize apartment-style living with suites, kitchen amenities, and flexible layouts, making them well-suited for travelers who value more space and convenience.
Terms & Conditions:
- You must be a member of World of Hyatt in good standing at the time of registration and stay and register for the promotion between January 20, 2026, and December 31, 2026 to participate.

- Only Eligible Stays at participating Hyatt House and Hyatt Studios hotels worldwide completed after registration and between January 20, 2026, and December 31, 2026 (“Promotion Period”) will count towards this promotion.
- All Eligible Stays must be completed by December 31, 2026.
- Beginning on your first Eligible Stay after registration and during the Promotion Period, you will receive 5,000 Bonus Points per Eligible Stay of five (5) or more consecutive nights at a participating Hyatt House and Hyatt Studios hotel.
- For a property to be participating in the promotion, it needs to be participating in World of Hyatt at the time of the member’s reservation and stay.
- A maximum of 50,000 Bonus Points may be earned under this promotion. All points awarded under this promotion are Bonus Points. If a member chooses to earn Partner Loyalty Points as base earning, the bonus will be awarded in World of Hyatt Bonus Points.
- For the purpose of this promotion, an “Eligible Stay” is defined as consecutive nights at a participating property where a member is paying an Eligible Rate or redeems a free night award.
- Only the room occupied by the member will count toward this promotion.
- You must provide your World of Hyatt membership number at the time of booking or on property prior to check out.
- Please allow two to three weeks after checkout for Bonus Points to be posted to your World of Hyatt account.
- Hyatt reserves the right to alter or withdraw this promotion at any time for any reason without prior notice.

Anthony’s Take: I rarely stay at hotels more than two nights, so this one is not for me. I registered anyway just in case I do find myself in one of these properties for five-plus nights this year.

It’s better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick but given that it’s only for two out of dozens of brands and you’re getting a max of 1,000 points a night this is nothing to get too excited about.
