Marriott revealed plans to expand the iconic St. Regis brand with a new luxury resort and branded residences in Bodrum, Türkiye. In partnership with Kuzu Group, this highly anticipated development will bring St. Regis’ timeless elegance, bespoke service, and rich heritage to one of Türkiye’s most renowned coastal destinations. The resort is slated to open along the stunning Aegean coast in 2030.

The new resort will embody the sophisticated spirit of the St. Regis brand including its legendary butler service and signature rituals. The property will offer 138 guest rooms and suites, multiple dining venues, indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, a kids club, a full-service spa, and event spaces for meetings and weddings. The hotel is set within the tranquil surroundings of Kazikli Cove.

Alongside the resort, The Residences at The St. Regis Karya Cove Resort, Bodrum will offer 221 residences (ranging from one- to five-bedroom luxury apartments and villas), a private lounge and media room, an exhibition kitchen, co-working spaces, a library, a fitness center, and a dedicated pool.

The resort and residences will span more than three million square feet within Kazikli Cove and offer direct access to the secluded beaches. The property maintains easy connectivity to Bodrum’s historic old town with Bodrum Castle, the Museum of Underwater Archaeology, marinas, restaurants, and nightlife nearby.

The St. Regis Karya Cove Resort marks a significant milestone for Marriott International as the 100th hotel in its operating and pipeline portfolio in Türkiye. Marriott currently operates over 60 properties across the country, including six branded residences and more than 9,000 rooms spanning 21 unique brands.

Jerome Briet, Chief Development Officer, Europe, Middle East & Africa at Marriott International, said:

The signing of a St. Regis resort and branded residences in Bodrum reflects our commitment to growing our portfolio of brands and the demand we are seeing for luxury experiences in Türkiye. Bodrum, with its azure waters, rich heritage and contemporary allure, continues to attract travelers from around the world seeking refined leisure experiences. We look forward to bringing the timeless elegance of the St. Regis brand to the remarkable area of the Kazikli Cove, offering guests and residents unparalleled service and sophistication.”

Anthony’s Take: St. Regis is my favorite Marriott brand. I have been to Istanbul, but never Bodrum. It looks beautiful and will be added to my list. 2030 is quite a way from now.
