Delta Air Lines flight DL2097 from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) to Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport (ROC) was delayed an hour. One Karen who was scheduled to be on the flight expressed her displeasure by screaming at the gate agents, swearing, and demanding a manager before moving on to scream for the police.
The video starts with her already berating the poor gate agents working the flight. She slams her bag and causes a scene at Gate B14. The flight ended up arriving at Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport (ROC) about 45 minutes late. It’s unknown if this woman made the flight or was deemed unfit to fly.
Anthony’s Take: I will never understand what people think they are going to accomplish by taking their frustrations out on gate agents, flight attendants, and other customer service folks. I’m sure they’d want this woman gone as soon as possible so they wouldn’t have to listen to anymore of her shrieking.

Americans are the absolute worst customers I have the misfortune to deal with.
Everything is emotional, discrimination blah blah. All of them are either on medication or disabled
Hey Icarus,
Those are some very ignorant and nasty statements. You sound like a “Karen” yourself.
Get a new job.
I’m American and, sadly, I agree with you 100%.
Lady looks like a Karen. She called PD because of a weather delay? What could the PD do about weather? 🙂
Where’s Tristain when you need him?!
