Air France is strengthening its transatlantic schedule for summer 2026 by offering travelers even more flexibility between Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) and both Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) and New York John F Kennedy International Airport (JFK) while introducing special nonstop flights to the French Riviera for the Cannes Lions Festival.
This summer, Air France will operate up to 11x daily flights between Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) and the two NYC-area airports in partnership with Delta Air Lines through the carriers’ transatlantic joint venture.
Air France’s expanded schedule will provide one of the most robust offerings across the Atlantic to serve both business and leisure travelers with frequent departures throughout the day.

Service includes:
- Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) to John F Kennedy International Airport (up to 6x daily). These will be complemented by 3x daily flights operated by Delta Air Lines. Four of the Air France-operated flights will offer its First Class (La Première) cabin.
- Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) to Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) (up to 2x daily)
Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) flights will be operated by the Airbus A350-900 with Air France’s latest onboard cabins, including the airline’s newest Business Class seat with a sliding privacy door. This upgraded product is also available on all flights to and from New York John F Kennedy International Airport (JFK).
Air France is also gradually equipping aircraft on New York routes with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi powered by Starlink. The airline is the first major European carrier to introduce this onboard connectivity service and expects to offer it across the entire fleet by the end of the year.
In addition to its NYC expansion, Air France will once again operate special nonstop flights between John F Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and Nice Côte d’Azur Airport (NCE) in June 2026 for the Cannes Lions Festival. These will be operated with Boeing 777-300ER aircraft. Delta Air Lines also operates this route daily. As a long-standing partner of the Cannes Festival, Air France will also operate special flights between Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Nice Côte d’Azur Airport (NCE) in June.
Anthony’s Take: Transatlantic travel might be down, overall, but with up to 11x daily flights between Paris and NYC, premium cabin upgrades, Starlink-powered Wi-Fi, and special nonstop routes to Nice, Air France is positioning summer 2026 as one of its strongest seasons yet.
