JetBlue and Condor announced an expansion of their long-standing partnership today with new earning and redemption opportunities for members. Effective immediately, JetBlue’s TrueBlue members can now earn and redeem points on all Condor-operated flights. This gives customers more flexibility and more options when planning their next getaway across the Atlantic.
JetBlue and Condor first launched their partnership in 2015 to give travelers access to convenient interline connections through JetBlue’s strong US network and Condor’s extensive European reach. Condor is one of Germany’s leading leisure airlines and it operates nonstop flights between Frankfurt Airport (FRA) and nine US gateways, including:
- Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC)
- Boston Logan International Airport (BOS)
- Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport (LAS)
- Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
- Miami International Airport (MIA)
- New York John F Kennedy International Airport (JFK)
- Portland International Airport (PDX)
- San Francisco International Airport (SFO)
- Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA)
From Frankfurt Airport (FRA), Condor connects travelers to more than 70 destinations across Europe, including recently expanded service to Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER), Hamburg Airport (HAM), Munich Airport (MUC), Silvio Berlusconi Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP), Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG), Prague (PRG), Leonardo da Vinci Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO), Vienna Airport(VIE), and Zurich Airport (ZRH).
With this enhanced loyalty agreement, JetBlue’s TrueBlue members can:
- Earn TrueBlue points on eligible Condor flights by simply adding their TrueBlue number at booking
- Redeem TrueBlue points for award travel operated by Condor (opening up seamless booking for transatlantic journeys and onward European connections)
This added flexibility makes it easier than ever for members to book vacations and earn rewards on leisure or business trips. The expansion is especially valuable for customers traveling through JetBlue’s Northeast hubs in New York John F Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and Boston Logan International Airport (BOS), where Condor offers nonstop service to Frankfurt Airport (FRA). From there, travelers can easily make one connection and arrive across the continent (while earning or redeeming TrueBlue points).
Edward Pouthier, Vice President of Loyalty and Personalization at JetBlue, said:
Expanding our loyalty partnerships is a key part of how we deliver greater value to our customers. Through our collaboration with Condor, TrueBlue members now have more ways to turn their loyalty into meaningful travel experiences. We’re proud to continue growing the TrueBlue program in ways that meet the needs of today’s traveler by offering access to a wider range of destinations around the world.”
JetBlue has been adding partnerships at a pretty rapid pace. TrueBlue members can now book seats on Icelandair and Japan Airlines. The carrier was partnered with. TAP Air Portugal, but that seemed to end as quickly as it came. The biggest partnership news is coming with United Airlines (I’m excited for that one).
Anthony’s Take: It’s great to see JetBlue and Condor tighten their partnership. TrueBlue members now have a new option across the Atlantic and within Europe.

I wonder whether it’s possible to redeem on Condor from North America to Bangkok – although the connections at Frankfurt aren’t timed very well for American travelers – and how many points it would cost?
