JetBlue Airways announced today that it’s adding new snacks, bringing back menus from NYC restaurants Charlie Bird and DIG, adding some new wines, and updating the content offered in flight to celebrate Asian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month and Pride Month.

JetBlue Snacks

Starting today, JetBlue passengers can look forward to Goldfish® snack packs, Lotus Biscoff® cookies, Quaker® Chewy Chocolate Chip Granola Bars, and Chifles® Plantain Chips.

In June, Mint passengers will see Scribe Estate Rosé of Pinot Noir 2023 added as a wine selection. It was a 2024 Cellars in the Sky silver medal winner for best Business Class rosé and comes from Sonoma Valley.

JetBlue DIG

JetBlue’s NYC restaurant partner, DIG, will provide new transatlantic menus for Economy Class passengers. I used to grab lunch at DIG frequently when I worked in NYC.

Breakfast entrees and sides include:

  • Smoked turkey croissant layered with brie, fennel, arugula, and balsamic onion jam
  • Ham and herbed ricotta on a warm croissant
  • Fresh watermelon with Tajín
  • Poached pears with sunflower seed granola

For lunch and dinner, passengers can choose:

  • Hearty chicken grain bowl with grilled chicken, tri-color quinoa, and cucumber yogurt
  • Antipasto mix of pasta, olives, salami, and cheese with oregano vinaigrette
  • Roasted corn salad with kale, pickled peppers, lime juice, and garlic aioli
  • Beet and carrot slaw with candied sunflower seeds

In addition to new food and beverage offerings, JetBlue will add new content to its free in-flight entertainment this month and next to celebrate Asian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month and Pride Month. A selection of movies and TV shows will be included in the options each month.

Anthony’s Take: JetBlue has long tied NYC restaurants to its Business Class catering. The new dishes across cabins sound great and passengers have a lot to look forward to this spring/summer.
