St. Regis is one of my favorite hotel brands. While the brand only has 60 locations (including this one), I have had many memorable moments at several of its hotels with amazing breakfasts, service, and upgrades. We visited Belgrade a few years ago and stayed at the Metropol Palace. It was part of Marriott’s Luxury Collection, but has since left the brand and Marriott Bonvoy® altogether. We were upgraded to the Presidential Suite, which was incredible. The St. Regis Belgrade will provide a nice, luxury option in this vibrant city. The hotel was originally slated to open a few months ago, but this has now been pushed to October.

This not the first delay this property has faced as the St. Regis Belgrade was originally slated to open in 2019. It will have 119 rooms and suites situated on 11 floors of the 42-story Kula Belgrade building. Dining options will include a signature New York-inspired restaurant (JJ’s Brasserie), along with a St. Regis Bar, and a patisserie. Other amenities include the St. Regis Spa, an indoor pool and jacuzzi, a fitness center, the glass-wrapped Astor Ballroom, and complimentary parking.

The hotel is now accepting reservations for stays after October 1st. If redeeming Marriott Bonvoy® points, it will cost between 38,000 and 46,000 per night. Cash rates range between 325 and 425 euros per night.

Anthony’s Take: We visited Belgrade during the summer and had a great time exploring the city and spending time along the river. I’d love to return to Serbia and the St. Regis provides a great luxury option in the city.
