The Park Hyatt brand launched in 1980. It was introduced with the Grand Hyatt brand and the first Park Hyatt hotel was the Park Hyatt Chicago. I love the minimalist design and elegance that these properties offer. There are 50 hotels under this brand (and more opening) globally and I have stayed at a fair number of them in the United States and Europe.
Hotels with a * indicate that I have stayed there, but before I was writing this blog.
