Sample dishes include:

  • Eleven’s Fried Feast: Crispy chicken and waffle sliders perfect for foodies who love a little dimension-hopping, served both “Hawkins” style and “Upside Down” style.
  • Bridgerton Regency Tea: A lavish three-tiered tea service with finger sandwiches, scones, and pastries straight from the ton, served with a menu designed by Lady Whistledown herself.
  • La Casa del Sangria: A Spanish-style cocktail with gold-dusted mint leaves, served in a lockbox that’ll have guests solving a puzzle — challenging for even the sharpest of the Money Heist crew.
  • Too Hot to Handle-inspired Bloody Mary: A cocktail so spicy it comes with its own pot holder in case guests can’t handle the heat!

The full menu can be viewed here. In addition to the menu above, NETFLIX BITES will have a curated cocktail menu with drinks also inspired by popular Netflix shows. Some of these include:

  • Dalgona Rum Buzz: Made with Bacardi Superior rum, Myers dark rum, Frangelico, honey, oat milk, coffee foam, and the Squid Game-famous dalgona candy garnish. Needle not included.
  • Leo-fied Lassi: Inspired by the vibrant animated reptiles of Leo, this fresh green yogurt-based smoothie is served in an edible chocolate terrarium and combines vanilla yogurt with green apple and kiwi puree, Calpico concentrate, simple syrup, spinach, Oreo crumble, and a mint sprig.
  • Love Is Blind: A cocktail crafted on the spot with diners’ choice of Absolut vodka, Botanist gin, Bacardi Superior rum, Maker’s Mark bourbon, or Herradura tequila – plus two of the delightful Boozy, Fruity, Savory, Refreshing, Sweet or Herbaceous options, its ready to be taken away in a special Love Is Blind chalice!
  • Luffy at Sea: This ONE PIECE-inspired non-alcoholic tropical delight comes teeming with edible sea creatures – a blue gummy shark and Swedish fish.

NETFLIX BITES

NETFLIX BITES in Las Vegas builds on the success of NETFLIX BITES Los Angeles, which was fully booked for over six weeks during the 2023 pop-up. Netflix looks to create immersive, in-person experiences for fans around the globe. This is just the latest example and where better than the entertainment capital of the world?

Anthony’s Take: I am going to be in Las Vegas soon and will try to get in and check this place out. I give Netflix credit for using its brands to create entertainment experiences offscreen.

When I saw the name I thought it was a nightclub show commenting on the quality of Netflix. As I’ll be in Las Vegas next month and none of the nightclub shows look all that enticing this looked intriguing, rather like The Book Of Mormon.
