A Frontier Airlines passenger at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) deputized herself and took over as gate agent at an unstaffed podium. The woman is seen dancing, giving life advice, and causing a bit of a scene. Police later take care of the situation as the video ends with her being escorted off of the jet bridge.
The woman was identified as a passenger on flight F9 3075 that was scheduled to fly between Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) and Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) on July 31st.
The flight was eventually cancelled, which meant that passengers would need to wait two days for the next one or find another way to get to Charlotte (American Airlines flies the route).
Anthony’s Take: Spirit Airlines has done a lot to elevate itself and Frontier Airlines still lags behind. It will be some time before Frontier has First Class seats and an offering that attracts customers looking for a premium experience. At least these passengers got a show while waiting for their flight.
