I had to take two trips between Chicago O’ Hare International Airport (ORD) and Tampa International Airport (TPA) this week. Thankfully, we were spared any damage from Hurricane Helene (my heart goes out to all those that experience loss of property or life in the aftermath of the storm). This past week was filled with new route announcements, route cuts, passengers behaving badly, and more in the world of travel.

United introduced new wines in Economy Class, an Air India passenger found an unwelcome addition to their meal, plus-sized passengers might soon have to pay for two seats on Southwest, Spirit considers Chapter 11, and routes were added and cut on United, Frontier, Breeze Airways, Spirit Airlines, Aer Lingus, and more.
