Frontier Airlines was experiencing a technical meltdown this evening as its systems are all offline because of a Microsoft Outage. Booking, check-in, and access to boarding passes were all impacted. It was cleared up around three hours after the initial announcement, but it will take some time to get all of the displaced passengers on their way.
Our systems are currently impacted by a Microsoft outage, which is also affecting other companies. During this time booking, check-in, access to your boarding pass, and some flights may be impacted. We appreciate your patience.

A Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) advisory stated that no other airlines are being impacted. Frontier requested that the FAA issue a ground stop. It did for a few hours and lifted it after 10:00 PM EST. If you’re flying Frontier and your flight was impacted, you can request a refund here.
