United Airlines Adds 127 Nonstop Flights for College Football Season

United flew over 50,000 college football fans to games around the country in 2022. This year the airline will get even more passengers to 30 games including Wisconsin, USC, University of Michigan, Penn State, and more.

United announced that it will add flights to over 15 destinations including Columbus, Fayetteville, and South Bend for some of the biggest games of the season. The following games will have new, nonstop flights added to United’s schedule:

  • September 16th: University of Washington – Seattle @ Michigan State University
  • September 23rd: Ohio State University @ University of Notre Dame
  • September 23rd: University of Arkansas @ Louisiana State University
  • September 23rd: University of Mississippi @ University of Alabama
  • September 23rd: University of Iowa @ Penn State University
  • September 23rd: University of Oklahoma @ University of Cincinnati

In addition to the expanded flight schedule, United is partnering with USC Trojans quarterback and 2023 Heisman Award Winner Caleb Williams. He’ll appear in a variety of United advertising and social media posts during the season.

Anthony’s Take: I’m not into football, so this doesn’t impact me but United providing easy access to these games will surely excite many fans.
