Hilton has a portfolio of 22 brands globally. One of the newer flags is called Signia by Hilton, which is described as “a portfolio of exceptional hotels in gateway cities and resort destinations.” The newest location for this brand opened recently in Atlanta, GA (two others are open in Orlando and San Jose).
Atlanta is Hilton’s largest market by number of hotels. It has a portfolio of 136 hotels across 13 brands with 40 more properties to come. The 976-room Signia by Hilton Atlanta marks the first new build and Georgia hotel for the brand and Atlanta’s largest ground-up hotel development project in the past 40 years.
Signia by Hilton Atlanta forms part of the Authority’s Championship Campus, which is North America’s largest combined convention, sports, and entertainment complex. It also includes the Georgia World Congress Center, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and Centennial Olympic Park. The hotel offers eight food and beverage outlets, an entire floor dedicated to wellness (with a spa, beauty bar, rooftop pool and fitness center), more than 100,000 square feet of meeting space (including the largest hotel ballroom in Georgia), an outdoor event deck and lawn, and Club Signia.
This is now the tallest building on the west side of Atlanta at 42 stories. The 1.25 million square foot property is made of wall-to-wall glass and offers panoramic views of downtown Atlanta. The hotel features 976 guest rooms (including 70 suites and 80 Club Signia rooms). Guest rooms feature amenities like walk-in rain showers, Serta Perfect Sleeper beds, Connoisseur sateen linens, Nespresso machines, NEST amenities, steamers, umbrellas, as well as robes and slippers.
Club Signia is a separate class of rooms that include a dedicated Club Ambassador, early check-in and late check-out, premium Wi-Fi, and access to the exclusive Club Signia lounge. It features all-day food and beverage offerings including club-style cocktail service, chef demonstrations, and made-to-order snacks and small plates.
Anthony’s Take: The hotel looks beautiful and I hope to be able to check out this new brand in the near future.

The big point of the Signia brand is to be a convention hotel which doesn’t have to provide any Honors benefits.
