Hilton Garden Inn has unveiled a new culinary collaboration with celebrity chef and television personality, Alex Guarnaschelli. It introduces a limited-time menu at its Garden Grille & Bar restaurants across the United States. The partnership marks a first for the brand, combining Guarnaschelli’s culinary flair with Hilton Garden Inn’s mission to offer approachable yet elevated dining experiences.

Hilton Garden Inn Meatballs

Known for blending classical techniques with Italian-American inspiration, Chef Guarnaschelli has crafted a selection of comforting dishes. Her menu features Cheesy Garlic Bread, Italian Meatballs, and an Italian Chopped Salad. These comfort foods have been reimagined with premium ingredients and bold, flavorful twists. Guests can enjoy each dish on its own or pair them together for a complete meal. The collaboration is available at more than 600 Hilton Garden Inn locations nationwide through December 31st.

According to Hilton’s 2026 Trends Report, a growing majority of travelers seek familiar foods to provide comfort and connection while away from home. The new partnership speaks directly to this insight. By infusing the Garden Grille & Bar menu with comforting yet refined Italian-inspired options, Hilton Garden Inn continues to evolve its dining program to align with the needs of today’s guests. The result is a menu that feels both indulgent and accessible.

Hilton Garden Inn Garlic Bread

Hilton Garden Inn’s Garden Grille & Bar has long been a guest favorite for its approachable menus, full bar, and casual ambiance. With this latest culinary initiative, the brand is reaffirming its commitment to redefining hotel dining as a memorable part of the guest experience.

Chef Alex Guarnaschelli share her thoughts on the partnership:

“I’m grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with Hilton Garden Inn and create dishes I truly want to eat and share with guests across the country. When I walk into a Hilton Garden Inn, I feel a sense of warmth and humanity, and I want the food to reflect that. My hope is that guests feel connected to me through these comforting, craveable dishes, each one engineered to be easy to execute and satisfying. If Hilton Garden Inn can offer that kind of experience, I’m moving in!”

Anthony’s Take: I’ve long been a fan of Alex Guarnaschelli and her NYC restaurant, Butter. The menu looks good. I wouldn’t necessarily think of Hilton Garden Inn and celebrity chefs, but this pairing makes sense here.
