Super Bowl LIX is coming to the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans on February 9th. To make it easier for Eagles fans to get to the big game, Frontier Airlines has added flights between Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY).

Frontier will run one flight from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) to Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) on February 8th and a return flight on February 10th. Josh Flyr, Vice President of Network and Operations Design at Frontier Airlines, said:

We can’t wait to see our planes packed with midnight green as Philly’s biggest football fans flock to The Big Easy for America’s biggest sporting event of the year.”

Frontier has undergone lots of changes in the past year including adding UpFront Plus, which is a new upgraded seating option with extra legroom in the first two rows of the aircraft. Passengers in UpFront Plus also enjoy a guaranteed empty middle seat. In late 2025, Frontier will begin offering First Class seating on every flight.

American Airlines will fly 2x to New Orleans on February 8th. Delta and United have also added nonstop options for the game.

Anthony’s Take: Eagles fans take note. There is now another option to get to New Orleans for the Super Bowl.
