Air France announced today that it’s making the journey more comfortable for its Business Class passengers on long-haul flights with the introduction of Sofitel’s MY BED mattress pads available for all passengers in those cabins. The airline partnered with Sofitel’s top-of-the-line bedding collection to bring French craftsmanship to the sleep experience.
The new mattress pads will be rolled out in July. Passengers will find them placed on each seat before boarding along with a pillow, blanket, and slippers. The mattress pad has notches to make it fit all of Air France’s Business Class seats, including Boeing 777, Boeing 787, Airbus A330, and Airbus A350 aircraft. The mattress pads can be used from takeoff to landing and are carefully cleaned and repackaged after each flight.

The addition of these mattress pads helps to elevate an already nice in-flight experience on Air France. Its Business Class offers great meals, comfortable seats, and good service. I have flown many times and am always pleased with the overall experience.
Anthony’s Take: While United still holds the crown for the world’s best Business Class bedding, Air France is making strides with the addition of this luxe mattress pad.
