I’ve seen multiple bloggers posting about a hotel deal that sounds almost too good to be true. Capital One Travel is offering a limited-time offer of up to $200 off hotel stays in its Premier Collection for Capital One Venture X Rewards Credit Card and Capital One Venture X Business cardmembers with no minimum spend.
The Premier Collection is made up of boutique and independent hotels around the world. I looked to see if there were any that worked out for any of my upcoming trips and found one that offers an amazing deal while I’m in Budapest later this month.
Capital One Travel makes it easy to search for hotels that fall within the Premier Collection and are available for the credit.
I found the Mystery Hotel Budapest for one night at a cost of $201.
This is a limited offer and says that it expires on December 31st or “while supplies last.” Make sure that when you’re booking, the Apply Travel Offer box is checked.
This will automatically remove up to $200 from your booking. I also had $9.10 left of my annual travel credit. I chose a room with a King bed, which increased the price from $201 to $225.
Along with my discounts on this reservation, I’ll also get the following:
- Room upgrades, early check-in, and late checkout when available
- Breakfast for two people
- Complimentary Wi-Fi
- A $100 experience credit towards food or spa services
With this deal, all of the above cost me only $38.12. If you have the Capital One Venture X Rewards Credit Card or Capital One Venture X Business, I’d check ASAP to see if there are any hotels that work well for your travel plans.
Anthony’s Take: If you can make this work before December 31st, this presents an excellent offer to find a room for as little as free. Choices are not as robust as American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts, but there are some nice hotels here. Act fast.
