I flew from Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) to Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) this morning on American Airlines. I booked the trip quite late, so I did not have the option to pre-order. This was fine for me as I wanted the Fruit and Yogurt and that’s what I got in flight.

My meal started with a Cranberry Cocktail.

The Fruit and Yogurt was served with a good assortment of fresh fruit, Chobani Greek Yogurt, granola, and two mini scones. Everything tasted good. The fruit was fresh and I was quite pleased with the meal.

Anthony’s Take: Sometimes I want something healthy and light. This fit the bill. I’m not eating as much these days (as I’m taking Wegovy shots), but a meal like this works for me.
