Spirit Airlines has just added a ton of new flights just in time for Spring Break. The low-cost carrier is adding 24 routes to its map for folks looking to vacation this spring.
Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW)
American’s largest hub will see Spirit add three new routes this spring. These include:
- Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) (daily; starts on March 6th)
- Pensacola International Airport (PNS) (4x weekly; starts on March 5th)
- Tampa International Airport (TPA) (daily; starts on March 5th)
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL)
Spirit’s Florida hub city will see these two new routes:
- Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) (daily; starts on March 19th)
- Managua’s Augusto C. Sandino International Airport (MGA) (daily; already started)
Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY)
The Big Easy will see three new flights this spring, including:
- John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH) (daily; starts on February 20th)
- Indianapolis International Airport (IND) (daily; starts on February 20th)
- Memphis International Airport (MEM) (daily; starts on February 20th)
Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR)
Spirit is adding three new routes to/from Myrtle Beach. These include:
- Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) (daily; starts on March 19th)
- Hartford’s Bradley International Airport (BDL) (daily; starts on March 30th
- Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF) (4x weekly; starts on February 19th)
Nashville International Airport (BNA)
Nashville will have five new routes added this spring. These include:
- Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) (daily; starts on March 5th)
- Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) (daily; starts on March 5th)
- Miami International Airport (MIA) (1x weekly; starts on March 8th)
- Pensacola International Airport (PNS) (1x weekly; starts on March 6th)
- Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) (1x weekly; starts on March 6th)
San Antonio International Airport (SAT)
Spirit will add four flights from the Alamo City. These include:
- Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) (daily; starts on April 9th)
- Miami International Airport (MIA) (4x weekly; starts on March 5th)
- Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) (daily; starts on February 20th)
- San Juan’s Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) (3x-4x weekly; starts on March 5th)
Other New Routes
These four additional routes will debut this spring:
- Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport to/from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) (4x weekly; starts on March 20th)
- Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) to/from San Juan’s Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) (daily; starts on February 12th)
- Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) to/from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) (daily; starts on March 19th)
- Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF) to/from Tampa International Airport (TPA) (4x weekly; starts on March 19th)

Good to see some of these… especially CLT-DFW. They just stopped flying it last month.
