United Airlines is offering those with United® Chase cards discounted award tickets to Hawaii, Spain, Japan, Australia, and more. Awards start at only 12,000 miles each way and tickets must be booked by December 6th.
This award sale includes 27 holiday destinations around the world. Pricing is all one way. United does not charge more for one-way tickets versus roundtrip. Travel must take place between January 8th and April 8th with varying dates by destination. These include:

- Travel Period: Travel to/from Honolulu (HNL), Kona (KOA), Kahului (OGG), Lihu’e (LIH) must be completed between January 8, 2025 and March 8, 2025. Travel to/from Tulum (TQO), Acapulco (ACA), Bermuda (BDA), Grand Cayman (GCM), Barbados (BGI), Providenciales (PLS), Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo (ZIH), Manzanillo (ZLO), must be completed between January 12, 2025 and March 5, 2025. Travel to/from Marrakesh (RAK) must be completed between January 12, 2025 and March 10, 2025. Travel to/from Tenerife (TFS) must be completed between January 12, 2025 and April 30, 2025. Travel to/from Papeete (PPT), Sydney (SYD), Melbourne (MEL), Brisbane (BNE), Auckland (AKL), Christchurch (CHC) must be completed between January 12, 2025 and May 31, 2025. Travel to/from Hong Kong (HKG), Incheon (ICN), Taipei (TPE), Singapore (SIN) must be completed between January 12, 2025 and April 30, 2025. Blackout dates: Travel to/from Tulum (TQO), Acapulco (ACA), Bermuda (BDA), Grand Cayman (GCM), Barbados (BGI), Providenciales (PLS), Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo (ZIH), Manzanillo (ZLO), may not take place between February 14, 2025 and February 23, 2025. Travel to/from Papeete (PPT), Sydney (SYD), Melbourne (MEL), Brisbane (BNE), Auckland (AKL), Christchurch (CHC) may not take place between March 31, 2025 and April 14, 2025. Travel to/from Hong Kong (HKG), Incheon (ICN), Taipei (TPE), Singapore (SIN) may not take place between March 20, 2025 and April 8, 2025. - Advance purchase: None.

- Award Validity: Awards shown are valid for travel Sunday through Saturday. Awards are valid in the Economy (Coach) cabin on United/United Express carriers. Some flights may be operated by the following airlines, doing business as United Express: Air Wisconsin, CommuteAir, GoJet Airlines, Mesa Airlines, Republic Airways, or SkyWest Airlines; or may be operated pursuant to a codeshare agreement, such as Silver Airways.
- Miscellaneous: Award pricing is subject to change without notice. Passenger is responsible for all taxes, fees, baggage fees and surcharges applicable to award travel, including, with respect to government-imposed taxes and fees, September 11th Security Fee of $5.60 per one-way trip that does not include a government-defined stopover, U.S. Customs, Immigration and APHIS User Fees of $17.80 for each international arrival in the U.S.; and non-U.S. government ticket taxes, fees and airport charges may add up to $355 per ticket as of January 1, 2024. Such taxes, fees and surcharges must be paid at the time of ticketing and are subject to change. Any valid unused award ticket may be returned to the MileagePlus Service Center, for a service charge, up to one year from the date of issue.
