Passengers at Lima’s Jorge Chávez International Airport (LIM) will soon have access to a new lounge. The Club LIM is opening in January and will be the largest location of this collection of lounges measuring a a record-breaking 19,763 square feet.

Size is not the only unique element of this lounge. This location will introduce the sleep ‘n fly concept to the Americas (currently a similar setup is used by other lounges in the Middle East).

Sleep n Fly 1

The 4,600-square-foot space is located on the landside of the main international and domestic terminal. It accommodates up to 92 guests who can reserve a private space between two hours and overnight.

There are four variations on the cabins that can be reserved: FelxiSuites, Nap Pods, Family Cabins, and Lounge Lite Alcove Seating. The FlexiSuites come with zero-gravity reclining chairs with wireless charging and storage compartments. The Nap Pods are for single travelers and can transform from a seat to a full-flat bed. The Family Cabins offer plenty of space for up to four guests. There are also four shower rooms for guests to use while staying here. Reservations start at $23 for a two-hour booking.

The Club LIM 2

The Club LIM can accommodate up to 454 guests. It’s divided into four zones for dining, relaxation, working (with private meeting rooms available), and a dedicated children’s play area. The design of the lounge showcases traditional and contemporary artwork by Peruvian artists along with handmade textiles, greenery, and ceramics. For food, Peruvian chef Ignacio Barrios Jacobs designed a menu that offers travelers a taste of traditional Peruvian cuisine.

Access to both sleep ‘n fly and The Club LIM is available to Priority Pass and LoungeKey members. Day passes can be purchased for $55 per person.

Anthony’s Take: I’ve been to a few locations of The Club. They vary in quality and offerings. This one looks great and I like the sleep ‘n fly concept.
