While flying home from New York LaGuardia Airport (LGA) to Tampa International Airport (TPA) today, I had the opportunity to try one of Delta Air Lines’ newer domestic First Class dishes. The Three Cheese Manicotti was pre-ordered, but it’s also a selection that can be made while in flight.

The dish is described as “Three Cheese Manicotti [with] beef Bolognese ragu, tomato cream sauce, [and] Parmesan cheese.”

The tray came with a warm bread roll as well as Tiramisu for dessert. The Three Cheese Manicotti were filling and tasty. The Bolognese sauce was more like seasoned meat, but it had good flavor. I was surprised that a side salad was not served.

The Tiramisu was pretty meh. I took a bite for this post, but did not finish it. The one that I make is much better.

Anthony’s Take: I love pasta in all its forms. I will definitely be ordering this again if presented with the opportunity on a future Delta flight.
