I’m flying from New York John F Kennedy International Airport (JFK) to Aruba’s Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA) today. The flight offered breakfast and I had one of the most decadent ones ever thanks to Delta Air Lines.
The Dark Chocolate & Pistachio Bread Pudding is rich and would be something I would gladly have for dessert. It was warm and comforting. I loved that it was swimming in chocolate and vanilla sauces. Alongside the bread pudding was a side of mixed fruit and a blueberry muffin. These were tasty accompaniments and rounded out the meal.
Other choices included a Potato and Bacon Frittata (my husband enjoyed this dish) and a Mango-Coconut Superbowl. These were also served with fresh fruit and blueberry muffins.
Anthony’s Take: I would definitely order this dish again. While I won’t order it any time soon as I’m sure I consumed my calories for the weekend with it, I’m sure it will be breakfast again in the future.
