I got to try another of Delta Air Line’s current First Class meals while flying from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) to Tampa International Airport (TPA) this week. I pre-ordered the Braised Beef Short Rib and was quite pleased with my selection.

Delta describes the Braised Beef Short Rib as being served with “herb jus, mustard-curry potato gnocchi, ratatouille.” The flavors were pretty strong, but delicious.

I started my meal with a ginger ale. Like my past few Delta flights, no snack basket was offered before (or after) the meal.

The tray came with a cold bread roll (Delta really needs to heat these up) and the always-delicious Do & Co chocolate mousse. I loved the curry sauce and the short rib was quite tender.

This is currently my favorite dessert across American, Delta, and United. It’s s good and a generous portion.
Anthony’s Take: This is a comforting and filling meal that’s perfect for this time of year. I will be ordering this one again on a future flight.
