Starbucks is looking to hire two Global Coffee Creators. These individuals should be passionate about Starbucks, coffee, culture, and community. They should also be ready to create content while traveling the world with flights and hotels provided by Starbucks’ partners Marriott and Delta Air Lines. While this role sounds fun, it also looks like it will be a lot of work.

Starbucks Coffee Job

The Global Coffee Creators will be responsible

  • Travel to 10–15 Starbucks locations around the world
  • Highlight regional menu items and specialty drinks
  • Interview customers and baristas
  • Share their stories through videos on TikTok and other social media platforms

This is a real job (although it is only for one year). Applicants need to have a high school diploma, be over 18, be US residents, and have proficiency with editing tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, CaptureOne, Premier, Final Cut Pro, and CapCut. They must also have a valid passport and be willing to travel from August 2025 to July 2026.

To apply, you must post a public video on TikTok between May 28th and June 13th showing why you’re the perfect fit for the job. You must include the hashtag #StarbucksGlobalCoffeeCreator in the submission and then complete the application on the Starbucks Career website. I’m guessing that this role will get tons of applicants. It lists the pay as $80,100 to $136,000 for the one-year stint.

Anthony’s Take: This sounds like the perfect job for someone looking to travel and enjoy Starbucks while creating content around the globe. I’d love this job, but I’m not leaving my husband and my day job to pursue it.
