The St. Regis Cap Cana Resort is now accepting reservations for stays on or after April 15th. This is the second St. Regis resort slated to open in the Caribbean (the St. Regis Aruba Resort opens on January 22nd) and a nice addition to the Dominican Republic.

The hotel is located near Punta Cana and will offer 174 guestrooms and 26 suites.

Amenities include four pools, beach, spa, fitness center, a kids club, and nine food and beverage outlets. The resort is also near the Punta Espada golf course, which was designed by Jack Nicklaus.

The hotel is now bookable on Marriott.com. Cash rates start around $832 with Marriott Bonvoy® redemptions ranging from 104,000 to 180,000 points. It’s annoying that rates begin at 104,000 points as that makes using a free night certificate plus points to top it off impossible.

Anthony’s Take: I’m excited to see the St. Regis brand continue to grow. I’ll be checking out the new St. Regis Longboat Key later this month and will provide a full review then.
