I keep thinking about the old Kool-Aid commercials where the powdered drink’s mascot breaks through the walls, but this incident could have been much more serious if someone had been sitting in the path of a Southwest Airlines tug (the vehicle used to move aircraft). The break room wall is going to need some repairs and someone has lots of explaining to do after this bad driving.

An aircraft tug crashed through a break room at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) yesterday. It’s unclear what caused the driver to veer off course and through the wall. Other employees can be heard in the video saying that they would have been dead had they been in its path.

Anthony’s Take: I think someone is in trouble. It takes a lot to crash a vehicle through a wall and whoever was driving is going to have to answer for the mess that they have made. Thankfully, no one was injured or killed in the process.
